From Little Angels Toddler group to senior citizens, we offer a variety of activities for the Southall community throughout the week.

We're blessed to serve and love our neighbour regardless of social background, ethnicity or faith. Our vision is to enable and resource people to flourish and prosper in our community.

Umeed - Welbeing drop-in cafe

The welbeing Cafe is a space for everyone in the community who is on the journey of mental health recovery. Every week there are fun and relaxing activities and opportunities to get to know other people and make new friends for the journey. The space is run by Rozeena Vander Waal, and experienced mental health support worker. Join us at St. John's church on Mondays and Fridays from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Coffee Morning

Join us every Thursday morning 10am-12 noon for a chance to enjoy a hot beverage, home baked cakes and lots of fun in the company of St John's senior group. For those who wish to stay on, midday prayer is held immediately after our coffee morning for thirty minutes for anything that people would like prayer for.

Homeless Project

St John's works alongside Hope for Southall Street Homeless and RISE providing roughsleepers and homeless persons help and support such as clothes, non-perishable food, GP registration, alchohol and drugs recovery advice and signposting to key services. Every Tuesday from 1.30pm to 3.30 pm and on Sundays from 2pm until 6pm. Entrance via the North Porch gate, Church Avenue, Southall UB2 4DH.

Women's English Classes

Women's English Classes have been running at St John's for more than 25 years offering conversational, beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help women gain the confidence to communicate in their day-to-day activities.

Over 60's Club

Over 60's Club welcomes any senior looking to spend a lovely time in the company of like minded people. There is a variety of programmes throughout the year. We organise trips, entertainment, activities and celebrations. Every Monday in the main hall, from 11.30 till 2.30pm. Just pop in and speak to Joyce Murphy.

Bumps and Babies

Join us and a group of other parents every Thursday in term - time, from12.45 - 2.00 pm for useful Health and baby care advice alongside relaxing activities. Please contact Sally on 07940 769524 or Charanjit on 07424 041505 for more information. Click below to book your spot.

Little Angels Toddler Group

Little Angels Toddler Group meets every Thursday in term-time, from 9.30 -11.00 am. We seek to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-4 and their parents and carers to play and make friends. We offer toys, crafts, snacks, story time and songs, as well as a toy and book library that families can borrow from.
